Eligibility Period

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or credited back to your card.

  3. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • We cover the cost of return shipping

  • All return items must be shipped to the address above

  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance

  • We are not liable for lost returned packages
