Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $65!


Order Cut-off & Processing Time

  • Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT +02:00)

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Shipping Time: 4–10 business days (Monday to Friday)


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

⚠️ Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or returns caused by incorrect or invalid address information provided during checkout. If your address is flagged as invalid, we may reach out via email for verification.


Tracking Delays

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to delivery issues:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment, or

  • You may opt for a refund of the product cost (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

Please note that once a refund has been processed, we are unable to reinstate your order.
